Habits - Making and Breaking Habits

A habit is a pattern you have for doing something. Habits are done very often. Habits are learned. There are good habits and bad habits. A good habit would be to read a book every night before bedtime. Reading makes you smarter. Reading is a good habit to have. Pretend you want to create a new habit. You want to make your bed every morning when you wake up. Try very hard to remember to make your bed everyday for a few weeks. You might forget a day or two, but that is okay. You are learning. Continue to make your bed as often as you remember. Within weeks, making your bed will be as natural as turning on a light in a dark room.
