What Is This? A Five Senses Game

Let's play a game. I will pretend to put something in your hand. I will use my senses to describe the object while you imagine holding it. I will use my sense of sight last. Maybe you will guess what it is before I tell you what it looks like! Finally, I'll tell you what the item is, but I will spell it backwards to make it more like a game!

What is this? It lies cold and wet on your palm. It is lightweight. You close your fingers around it. It's solid, and squeezing does not change its shape. You shiver and lift the object to your nose. It's almost as if you are licking water. If you open your eyes, you will see a rather square-ish shape that is almost clear. What is it? Clearly, it's an: eci ebuc.

You lift it to your nose and inhale the aroma of a potato. You lick the item. It's salty! You take a small bite and chew. It tastes salty and wonderful, and you wish you had some ketchup for dipping! You open your eyes and look down at the golden brown strip in your hand. You knew all along that you were holding a: hcnerf yrf.
