Vitamins
By Cindy Grigg

1     Vitamins help you in many ways. Vitamins help your body use other nutrients. Vitamins also help your body fight infection.

2     Water Soluble Some vitamins dissolve in water. They are vitamin C and the B-complex vitamins. Vitamins that dissolve in water are called water-soluble. They must be replaced every day.

3     Fat Soluble Other vitamins dissolve only in droplets of fat. They are vitamins A, D, E, and K. Your body can store fat-soluble vitamins for a longer time.
